  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 20.
  • Orders below 20: A flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.


Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship worldwide. For international orders, customs and import duties may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the courier's website.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please report it immediately to info@orvinia.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
