Number of hours: 15 hours per week
As a customer service employee, you have an important role in the first experience our new customers have. You take care of the perfect customer experience, both administratively and by phone. In addition, you answer all questions of new and potential customers. To do so, you get into the thick of the matter and learn from the experiences of the colleagues around you.
The customer service employee's tasks include, among others:
- Answering questions from existing and potential customers by e-mail, chat and telephone.
- Administrative tasks such as making changes to the system and creating new accounts.
- Looking for ways to improve service and customer experience.
- Identifying and collaborating on product and process improvement from a customer perspective.
- Thinking about documentation (such as frequently asked questions) for the website.
